HOW TO: YOUR SELF CARE DAY

The perfect self-care day starts with a harmonious, cozy environment. So light scented candles, dim the lights and turn on relaxing music. And the most important thing: turn off your cell phone. Self Care can take place externally and, of course, internally. Stress often originates in the mind, so let’s give it a break, too. Even a short meditation or breathing exercises help to collect oneself and get distance from toxic thoughts.

 

 

THE FACIAL TREATMENT

To open the skin for all the high quality ingredients that are coming, the most important thing is to exfoliate. Preferably while you are taking a nice bath or a long shower. The less dead skin cells on the skin, the thinner the top layer of skin. Serums and creams can thus penetrate the skin better.

After the peeling comes the mask depending on the needs of your skin. You should give it plenty of time. If you have combination skin, you can also apply 2 different masks to the specific areas. For example, in the t-zone a clarifying mask and on the sides something moisturizing. When you take these off, comes the active ingredient package.

A noble serum or a high-quality ampoule. You can massage these in beautifully, for example with a jade roller, which also removes waste products at the same time. If you have the feeling that your skin is tight, you can apply a cream on top.

 

 

The Hair Treatment

Hair also needs a little more care, especially after the summer months. Mostly it is also moisture what is missing. The sequence is: shampoo hair (2 times), apply mask to lengths and tips, wash out and possibly close the cuticle again with a conditioner.

Tip: When the mask is working, wrap a towel around the hair. The heat allows the mask to penetrate deeper into the hair.

 

 

Hand and Foot Treatment

Our feet carry us through life and, let’s face it, really get far too little attention for it. Here, too, a peeling is very beneficial. Calluses can be removed with a special file super after a bath. Then a mask and socks over it. A mask is also good for our hands. After a manicure, leave the mask on for fantastically beautiful well-groomed hands.

 

 

Body Treatment

Our body is our temple. Every day it works solely to make us feel good. Treat it to a cup of tea, an oil bath for the senses and an extra portion of sleep. With the essential oils in the Pillow Spray you will also find inner peace. After the bath, the skin is softened and ready for exfoliation. This can then be showered off and the following cream can be absorbed nicely.
