Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY*

Usually the delivery time is between 3 – 5 days after sales campaign closes.

If the shipment is carried out directly by one of our partner brands, you will usually receive the shipping confirmation directly from our partner as soon as the package has been shipped.

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the partner brand and will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipping to other EU countries costs EUR 12.

Shipping outside the EU is currently not possible.

RETURNS*.

We can only accept unused items that are in perfect condition. Please do not remove labels, items should not be soiled or washed, and should be placed in the package in careful condition. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns from Germany are free of charge, for returns from other countries we cannot cover the shipping costs.

Please send an email to support@woowclub.com with your order number and the items you want to return. After a short check you will receive a return label from us.

For returns outside Germany please send an email to support@woowclub.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

After checking the goods we will refund the (partial) amount.
